Automations
Hand the repetitive work to software.
The follow-ups, reminders, copy and paste, and the same five questions every day. We build AI agents, automations and custom GPTs that do that work properly, then keep them running.
What we build
Three kinds of help.
-
AI agents
An assistant that answers enquiries on your website or by text, asks the questions you would ask, and books the job into your calendar. Anything unusual comes straight to you.
-
AI automations
The tools you already use, connected so work moves on its own. An enquiry becomes a contact, a quote, a follow-up and an invoice, without anyone copying it across.
-
Custom GPTs
A ChatGPT set up with your price list, policies and how-to notes, so your team gets answers in your words instead of asking you.
Jobs we can take on
Work nobody should be doing by hand.
A few of the jobs local businesses hand over. Yours will be specific to you; on the call we find the ones worth doing first.
- Missed callsA text goes back asking what they need, so the job doesn't go to whoever answered first.
- Quote follow-upsA friendly nudge a couple of days after a quote goes out, and again seven days later, stopping the moment they reply.
- Review requestsWhen a job is marked done, the customer gets a short thank-you with a link to leave a review.
- Booking remindersA reminder the day before, with a way to reschedule instead of not turning up.
- Unpaid invoicesPolite reminders on a schedule you choose, which stop as soon as it's paid.
- The Monday summaryEnquiries, jobs booked and money owed, in one email at the start of the week.
How it works
From first call to running for you.
-
Book a call
Thirty minutes. You walk us through the jobs that eat your week and the tools you use now.
-
Get a fixed quote
A written quote with the price, what's included and who looks after it once it's running. Say yes when you're ready, and not before.
-
We build and run it
You test it before it touches a customer. Once it's live, we keep an eye on it and fix it if something changes.
Ground rules
Software does the work. You stay in charge.
- You see it firstAnything that writes to your customers is tested with you before it goes live, and you can switch it off.
- Your data stays yoursIt lives in your own accounts. Where an automation uses an AI model, the quote says which one and what it sees.
- People make the judgement callsComplaints, refunds and anything unusual go to a person, not a bot.
Questions
Straight answers.
Why a starting price and not a fixed one?
Because the work depends on the tools you use and how your business runs. After the call you get a fixed price in writing, and nothing is charged until you accept it.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You tell us how the work is done today; we do the building. You only need to give us access to the tools involved.
Will it work with the tools I use?
Most modern business tools can be connected. We check yours on the call, before we quote, and tell you plainly if something can't be done.
Who owns what you build?
The quote spells it out. Your data and accounts always stay yours, and you can take our access back.
What happens if something breaks?
Tools change and connections break. The quote says who looks after it once it's running and what that costs, so you are never left with something nobody maintains.
Start with one job
Book a call about your automation.
Thirty minutes, no obligation. Tell us what eats your week, and we'll tell you which job is worth handing over first and which aren't worth it yet.
When it asks what the call is about, say what you want automated and the tools you use for it now, so we come prepared.

Automations start from $3,999 and are quoted after a call. Every quote is a fixed price in writing, in Australian dollars including GST, and nothing is charged until you accept it.
