Get found

Keep the website you like and stop carrying the rest. We move it onto our hosting, where Website care looks after it. Built on Wix, Squarespace or Shopify? Those can't be moved, so book a call before you start. Website care, SEO and Social media run together every month, with one call a month to show you what's changed. If you've been meaning to replace your site anyway, look at Everything first: after a one-off build fee, its monthly price is lower.

Questions

Is there a minimum term?

SEO and Social media have a 3-month minimum. Get found and Everything have a 6-month minimum. After the minimum, each runs month to month with 30 days notice. Changes on Google and social media take around three months to show, so a shorter trial would not tell you much.

Google Ads and Meta Ads are month to month. Website care is paid yearly in advance and renews each year.

Who owns the domain and the accounts?

You do. Your domain is registered in your business name, and your Google listing, social media accounts, Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts stay yours. We work in them with access you give us, and you can take that access back.

What happens if I leave?

Everything we set up stays with you: your website, domain, Google listing and accounts. For SEO, Social media and the bundles, give us 30 days notice once the minimum term is up. Google Ads and Meta Ads can be cancelled any time, and you won't be charged again. Website care can be cancelled any time before it renews; it then stops at the end of the year you've paid for, with no refund for the rest of that year.

Can I start with one and add more later?

Yes. Start with whatever matters most to you right now and add the rest when it earns its place. If what you add later makes up a bundle, we set out the switch in writing before anything changes.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Usually not. SEO and Social media work with the site you have, which is what Get found is for. If your site needs larger changes, repairs or a rebuild, we quote that in writing before any work starts.

What does "you approve every post" mean?

We send you each month's posts before they go up. Nothing is published until you say yes, and you can change or drop any of them.

Does this cover more than one location?

Each package covers one business location. Two or more, and we quote after a call.

Website care is paid yearly in advance and renews each year; cancelling stops the next renewal, and there is no refund for the rest of the year. Everything's $499 one-off build fee is charged with the first month. Larger website changes and repairs are quoted before any work starts. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
