Who we are

Praxen is PRAXEN PTY LTD, ABN 65 703 320 174, an Australian company.

Prices and minimum terms

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Minimum terms: 3 months for SEO and Social media; 6 months for Get found and Everything; then month to month with 30 days notice. Google Ads and Meta Ads are month to month; their ad budgets are paid directly to Google and Meta and are not included. Website care is paid yearly in advance and renews each year; cancelling stops the next renewal, and there is no refund for the rest of the year. Everything's $499 one-off build fee is charged with the first month. Larger website changes and repairs are quoted before any work starts. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What each service costs

• Website build: $699 once. Hosting, your domain and small changes are covered by Website care, $699 a year.
• Website care: $699 a year. Paid yearly in advance and renews each year. Cancel any time before it renews; there is no refund for the rest of the year.
• SEO: $499 a month. 3-month minimum ($1,497 in total), then month to month with 30 days notice.
• Social media: $399 a month. 3-month minimum ($1,197 in total), then month to month with 30 days notice.
• Google Ads: $599 a month, plus $299 setup with the first payment. Month to month. First month $898 including setup. Your ad budget is separate and paid straight to Google. You set it.
• Meta Ads: $599 a month, plus $299 setup with the first payment. Month to month. First month $898 including setup. Your ad budget is separate and paid straight to Meta. You set it.
• Get found: $849 a month. 6-month minimum ($5,094 in total), then month to month with 30 days notice. Website care is included.
• Everything: $799 a month, plus $499 one-off build fee with the first payment. 6-month minimum ($5,293 in total), then month to month with 30 days notice. The $499 one-off build fee is charged with the first month.

Leaving

Everything we set up stays with you: your website, domain, Google listing and accounts. For SEO, Social media and the bundles, give us 30 days notice once the minimum term is up. Google Ads and Meta Ads can be cancelled any time, and you won't be charged again. Website care can be cancelled any time before it renews; it then stops at the end of the year you've paid for, with no refund for the rest of that year.

Refunds

Change your mind within 10 business days of paying for your website build and we'll refund the build, whatever stage your site is at.

After that, if something we've done isn't right, tell us at hello@praxen.studio. Small problems we'll fix fast. For a big problem, or one we don't fix in reasonable time, you can have a refund instead.

Website care is paid yearly in advance and renews each year, and it is not refundable if you change your mind. Cancel any time before it renews and you won't be charged again.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
